Where can I park?
Downtown Monterey has lots of monitored 2-hour street parking and several public parking garages within walking distance.
We also have a limited number of full-time parking passes (on-site and nearby) and a few day-use parking spots available for $10/day. Ask the TPW team for availability and booking.
How do I become a member?
Easy! Just book your tour or contact us to get started. We’d love to meet you.
Do you offer hot desks?
Yes! What many coworking spaces call hot desks, we call Open Coworking. It’s flexible, community-oriented workspace — no assigned seats, just land where it feels good and get to work.
What’s the difference between a Flex Membership and a Dedicated Desk?
A Dedicated Desk is like an assigned seat — it’s yours and only yours. You can leave your monitor, personal touches, and belongings right where you want them. Flex Membership gives you access to any available workspace in our open coworking areas. It’s first come, first served — just bring your laptop, find a cozy spot, and pack up at the end of the day.
Can I take phone calls in the space?
Quick calls (less than 5 min) are fine at your desk — just keep your voice low. For longer convos, Zoom meetings, or anything sensitive or loud, please use a phone booth or book a meeting room. If your call is disrupting others, our team may gently ask you to relocate.
How do meeting room credits work?
Credits are issued monthly and reset on the 1st of each month. They’re used when you book a room (not when the meeting happens). Meeting rooms cost between 3–6 credits per hour. Unused credits don’t roll over — so go ahead and use 'em! Need more time? Additional hours are billed at our discounted member rate and added to your next invoice.
