Can I bring in food or catering?
Light snacks and drinks are welcome! For larger catering setups, just let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
Are the rooms soundproof or private?
While not fully soundproof, each room offers a high degree of privacy. For confidential conversations or virtual meetings, they work great.
Do members get a discount?
Yes! All monthly members get a set number of meeting room credits and discounted hourly rates for any additional time.
Is there a minimum or maximum booking time?
Meeting rooms are bookable by the hour. There’s a one-hour minimum, and you’re welcome to book for a full or half day.
Can I tour the space before booking?
Absolutely. We’d love to show you around and help you find the right room. Just book a tour or give us a call.
What’s included in the meeting rooms?
All rooms include high-speed WiFi, a TV monitor for presentations, a whiteboard, and seating for 4–12 people, depending on the room, and access to our communal kitchen with local coffee, organic tea, and snacks.
Can non-members book meeting rooms?
Yes! Our meeting rooms are open to the public. Members receive monthly credits and discounted rates, but anyone can book.
How do I book a meeting room?
You can book online through our online portal or reach out to our team to help you find the right fit.
Where can I park?
Downtown Monterey has lots of monitored 2-hour street parking and several public parking garages within walking distance.
We also have a limited number of full-time parking passes (on-site and nearby) and a few day-use parking spots available for $10/day. Ask the TPW team for availability and booking.
