At The Pearl Works, we believe in smooth starts to meetings and that the space you meet in should do the heavy lifting for you. We’ve designed our meeting rooms to be plug-and-play environments, so you can stop playing IT support and start focusing on what you need to accomplish.

  • Creative Tools: Our rooms come standard with whiteboards and a variety of Expo pens, ready for your next big brainstorm.
  • Comfy Seating: Our chairs are selected for long-haul comfort, because great ideas shouldn't be cut short by a stiff back.

A productive meeting requires more than just tech; it requires fuel. We keep our kitchen stocked so you and your guests stay energized.

  • Complimentary Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and reverse osmosis water. You are welcome to use our central beverage station or arrange for a fresh pot of coffee or tea station in the room in advance.
  • Thoughtful Snacks: To keep the momentum going, we provide nutrient dense organic trail mix and fresh fruit.
  • Catering Friendly: Feel free to bring in outside food or have your favorite local catering delivered directly to our space.

A Seamless Experience from Hello

We know that first impressions matter, especially if you’re hosting clients. That’s why our Community Manager, Dana, is ready to greet you upon arrival with a brief orientation to help you familiarize yourself with the Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, and layout.

Need to duck out for a private 1-on-1? We also offer private phone booths for quick calls, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
